Kevin Lenko is an enterprising and accomplished professional with an extensive background in facilitating continuous improvement.  His successful career spans over 25 years. 

Lenko’s experience with Lean initiatives started before the term 'Lean' was even recognized. It was called ‘Advanced Production Development’ or ‘Continuous Flow Manufacturing’.

Over the years, Lenko has developed a superior performance track with TPM, 5S, autonomous maintenance, visual factory, cellular manufacturing, Kanban systems, changeover reduction, and Lean management systems.

Lenko has managed impressive automation projects, including upgrades of printing presses / paper converting machines to motion control (servo) drive systems that provide zero set-up time, and extremely high quality products.  These were the first conversions of this type in the world, and received Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) awards.
