Lean for the printing, graphics, and converting industry

Lean leadership: walking the talk

Lean efforts for the work space of an  organization’s leadership will inevitably lead to Lean success and sustainment on the production floor.

Case in point, the Papercone Corporation of Louisville KY where the leadership implemented 5S for their respective offices. It was instantly recognized by the production employees!...who in turn noticeably increased their own Lean efforts!
